General Sale Information

Once the sale is final you will not be able to return or exchange your gecko for a different one. All sales are final. No exceptions. You must send us an email, text, voicemail, or Facebook/Instagram message letting us know that you have received your gecko/s within 1hour of delivery. If the animal is DOA, you must send us four CLEAR photos of all four sides of the animal within 30 minutes of delivery. If we determine that the animal was DOA due to our error, we will replace the gecko with a gecko of equal value.

Shipping Details

Shipping is done Monday through Wednesday so that potential delays are less likely to run into the weekend. I ship only to a FedEx hub for pickup for the safety of the gecko. Geckos are sent in insulated boxes with heat or cool packs as required; however, temperatures must still be within a safe range for the animal. For our geckos, nighttime lows must be above 45 degrees F and daytime highs must be under 80 degrees F. I am happy to care for a purchased animal until the weather is acceptable for shipping. We are not responsible for carrier delays or the loss of packages. Live arrival guarantee is only available when shipping to a certified ship center.

Gecko Tails/ Shed

We do not offer a guarantee on gecko tails during shipping. Geckos dropping their tail is an entirely natural process and does not harm or devalue the animal. Tail drops during shipping are infrequent but can happen. We will guarantee no stuck shed before shipping. However, we will not be responsible for any stuck shed that occurs during shipping.

Sexing Policy / Pore Sexing

If the gecko is stated as definitively male or female is guaranteed to be said sex. Geckos under 20g will be pore sexed. This is NOT A GUARANTEE of the eventual sex of the gecko. Pore sexed will be listed as the following:
